Mr Mohan has over 20 years of experience in preparing medical reports.

Supported by a dedicated medicolegal secretary, he guarantees to deliver a thorough, efficient, and timely service.

He has prepared reports for both sides of the legal system, receiving instructions from both defendant and claimant solicitors.

Mr Mohan receives instructions through agencies or solicitors directly to his practice.

The fees for the reports are within pre-agreed prescribed rates and Mr Mohan is happy to accommodate urgent reports.

He prepares medicolegal reports on Clinical Negligence, Personal injuries, and work-related injuries.

Clinical Negligence

Mr Mohan has a 15-year experience in preparing reports for Clinical Negligence.

His practice both in his NHS and Private practice involves all aspects of Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Surgery and Lower Limb Trauma and he only accepts and prepares Clinical Negligence reports in these areas. Mr Mohan has extensive clinical knowledge and expertise in these areas.

He strives to provide an impartial opinion based on this extensive clinical experience and when relevant and appropriate, a review of the medical literature.

He prepares both desktop-based Breach & Causation and Clinical Examination based Condition & Prognosis reports.

He accepts instructions from both claimant and defendant solicitors.

 

Personal Injury

Mr Mohan has a 20-year experience in preparing medical reports for Personal Injury.

He bases his reports on initial assessment and a thorough clinical examination.

He accepts instructions both for Face to Face and Remote Video Consultations.

All reports will cover in detail the extent of the injuries sustained, impact on current and future employment, ongoing care that may be required and long-term effects of the injury.

All reports are CPR complaint.

Mr Mohan accepts instructions through agencies and both claimant and defendant solicitors.

All imaging should be sent on a CD with correct password and software.
